In an effort to make treatment as convenient as possible for our patients we have several options for payment.  Payment is always expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made prior to treatment.  We accept cash, check or Visa, Mastercard, Amercian Express and Discover.  If payment is not possible for you that day, we have partnered with CareCredit to offer interest free payment plans.  Please read more about CareCredit below.

We are pleased to offer CareCredit, the nation’s leading patient payment plan. With CareCredit, you can finance 100% of your treatment and there are no upfront costs, no annual fees and no pre-payment penalties. So you can begin treatment today and conveniently pay with low, monthly payments. CareCredit offers several payment plans so you can find one that fits comfortably in your monthly budget. With the popular no-interest payment plans, there are no interest charges if you pay your balance in full within the specified time period. Monthly payments can be as low as 3% of your balance. CareCredit can be used by the whole family for ongoing treatment without having to reapply. It only takes a few minutes to apply for CareCredit, and you may receive an online decision in seconds.

Insurance

If you are fortunate enough to have help with dental expenses from a dental insurance plan, you will only be responsible for the portion of your bill that is not expected to be covered by your insurance.  Please bring a current book of benefits with you to your first appointment.  This will allow our computer to accurately estimate the amount of help you will receive from your plan.

For the convenience of our patients we have provider agreements with both Delta Dental and Blue Dental insurance plans.  This allows greater benefits for patients with this coverage than what they get with non-providers.  We are a provider for the Dental Wellness Plan.  We also accept all other dental insurance and will file your claims and pre-estimates for you.  We accept children under age 18 with Medicaid or Hawk-I plans.

Please remember that insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
