We ask that all patients make payment in full by cash, check or credit card the day of their first appointment. For patients with insurance we will reimburse you for the portion paid by insurance once we receive payment from the insurance company.
Patients without insurance will be expected to pay for services at the time they are delivered unless alternate arrangements are made.
Payment may be cash, check, or Visa or MasterCard credit cards. If this is not convenient, you may apply for a CareCredit payment plan.
CareCredit
We are pleased to offer CareCredit, the nation’s leading patient payment plan. With CareCredit, you can finance 100% of your treatment and there are no upfront costs, no annual fees and no pre-payment penalties. So you can begin treatment today and conveniently pay with low, monthly payments. CareCredit offers several payment plans so you can find one that fits comfortably in your monthly budget. With the popular no-interest payment plans, there are no interest charges if you pay your balance in full within the specified time period. Monthly payments can be as low as 3% of your balance. CareCredit can be used by the whole family for ongoing treatment without having to reapply. It only takes a few minutes to apply for CareCredit and you may receive an online decision in seconds.
Insurance
If you are fortunate enough to have help with dental expenses from a dental insurance plan, please bring a current book of benefits with you to your first appointment. This will allow our computer to estimate the amount of help you will receive from your plan. Then, for subsequent treatment only your estimated portion of the fee will be due the day of treatment.
For the convenience of our patients we have provider agreements with both Delta Dental and Blue Dental insurance plans. This allows greater benefits for patients with this coverage than what they get with non-providers. We also accept all other dental insurance and will file your claims and pre-estimates for you. We accept all children under age 18 living in Hardin County with Medicaid or Hawk-I plans.
Please remember that insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
